With the development of aging society in China,the problem of fitness safety of middle-aged and elderly is becoming more and more prominent. How to identify risks and take effective measures to control risks to ensure the safety of fitness of Middle-aged and elderly is also an important measure to deal with the development of aging society. On the basis of a large number of documents and research results at home and abroad,this paper randomly visited the streets,communities,parks,squares and other fitness places in the eight major urban areas of Beijing. The authors conducted an interview survey on the fitness status of middle-aged and elderly people in Beijing community,especially on the aspect of fitness risk. Then to explore and put forward the realization path of fitness safety for middle-aged and old people in Beijing community:physical examination and physique test for middle-aged and old people,combining the advantages of medical supervision and exercise test,improving the service level of sports-medicine integration;scientific fitness,rational planning of exercise intensity and exercise time and other factors to improve the quality of exercise;constantly standardizing and improving the safety of fitness environment and fitness equipment;popularizing and publicizing the importance of diet management and emotional management for the elderly fitness safety;Conditional community and fitness workers should be able to carry out appropriate fitness activities under the guidance of fitness instructors,and under the effective management of community sports departments,establish health management files for middle-aged and elderly residents in the community,so as to achieve fitness safety,effectively improve physical health,and respond positively to the national strategy of “healthy China”.
