2019年，中国信息通信行业实现了平稳健康发展。本报告描述了通信建设行业的组成，梳理了全年度行业发展基本情况。总结出行业发展中设施技术类型多样、施工流动性大、市场规模大、一次合格性要求高、区域性差异大等特点。指出行业发展中存在基础电信运营商具备业务的持续发展能力有待提升、基础电信运营商自身发展存在差距、5G网络的建设带来新挑战、工程建设招投标市场秩序进一步规范等突出问题。提出加强对招标投标过程的监管、建立企业信用体系、进一步发挥协会的协调作用、建立共建共享的5G网络建设机制、提高企业自身技术能力等发展建议。
