2019年是中国电力建设行业持续深化企业改革、着力推进转型升级、深入开展提质增效的关键一年。企业完成总产值、新签合同额等指标均有较大增长，电力建设行业总体保持了平稳发展态势。本报告梳理了电力建设行业发展的基本情况，总结出电力工程建设投资总额略有降低、企业转型力度持续加大、企业国际业务成果丰硕等特点。全行业坚持创新驱动、坚持市场导向、坚持问题导向、坚持政策导向，从而实现了创新发展。指出了行业发展中存在企业应收工程款居高不下、现有资质不足以应对转型发展、市场信用体系建设不完善、规程规范存在缺失等突出问题。结合实际提出了积极开展对标管理、推动行业持续健康发展、努力打造国际名片、加快转型升级步伐、加强信用体系建设与管理等发展建议。
<<2019 is a key year for the national power construction industry to continuously deepen enterprise reform，focus on promoting transformation and upgrading，and carry out in-depth quality and efficiency improvement. Under the severe situation that the total investment in power engineering construction in China continues to decline，electric power construction enterprises continue to deepen the structural reform of the supply side，have the courage to innovate marketing strategies，actively undertake non power business，expand and optimize overseas projects，clarify objectives，strengthen measures，concentrate on hard work and overcome difficulties. The total output value of the enterprise，the newly signed contract amount and other indicators have increased greatly，and the power construction industry has generally maintained a stable development trend.
