Inclusive education in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has gone through three stages of development from experimental exploration,preliminary normalization to comprehensive promotion over thirty years,A series of innovative measures have been taken in the construction of policy,organizational system,teaching staff and localization research,but there are still many problems,such as the insufficient interaction between the top and bottom during the construction of policy system,the Imperfect organizational system and working mechanism of support and safeguard,the insufficient training of professional staff,the lack of educational research and exchange. This report puts forward development countermeasures from the aspects of enhancing the operability of Inclusive education policies,strengthening the top-level design of organizational system,and strengthening the construction of professional support team,and presents a practical case of international cooperation project of innovating inclusive education in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
