The construction of a support system for learning in regular classes (LRC) has become an inevitable requirement and major measure for comprehensively promoting the development of inclusive education and accelerating the modernization of education in my country in the new era. Looking back on the more than 30 years of development of LRC in our country,the construction of the support system has experienced three historical stages:from scratch,from practice to preliminary construction,and the rapid progress stage. In general,the current status of the construction of the support system for LRC can be summarized into three parts:policy support system construction,administrative support system construction,and professional support system construction. The current problems in the construction of the support security system mainly lie in the legislative and system design,the administrative management system,the professional support system and the social support system. Further strengthening the top-level design,deepening the comprehensive reform of education and constructing a professional support mechanism and social support system,which together constitute the direction and goal of the construction and development of the support system for regular classes under the trend of inclusive education in the new era.
