As an important part of the inclusive education,the inclusive education for persons with disabilities in senior high school has experienced changes in the past 30 years. Based on the analysis of the three development stages of high school inclusive education,this report takes nearly 5 years as an important time mode,and analyzes the current situation of high school inclusive education in China from three aspects:the form of high school education for persons with disabilities,the degree of integration of high school education for all kinds of persons with disabilities,the policy support and practice of inclusive education. On this basis,the report puts forward the problems existing in the development of inclusive education in senior high school,that is,the educational ecological environment needs to be improved,the effective supply of inclusive education is insufficient,the quality of inclusive education and teaching is not high,and the pertinence of inclusive education policy is insufficient. Finally,the report puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of promoting the construction of high school education platform for persons with disabilities as a whole,implementing free high school education for students with disabilities in an all-round way,improving the teaching quality of inclusive education,formulating and implementing the inclusive education promotion plan,improving the inclusive education management system,refining and implementing the inclusive education policies.
