本研究通过对北京市普通居民以及北京市社会心理服务工作者分别进行问卷调查及访谈，考察了北京市社会心理服务供给、需求现状以及人才队伍建设现状。本研究主要发现：（1）50。10%的居民认为其社区社会心理服务站的工作人员专业化水平一般或偏上；（2）56。80%的居民认为有必要在社区开设社会心理服务站；（3）一半以上的社会心理服务工作者具有心理学或者医学背景，接受过专业培训，并且从事心理服务或心理治疗时间超过五年。
<<The current study，using a sample of Beijing residents and social psychological service providers，examined the current status of the supply，the need and the professional talents of social psychological service in Beijing. Results found that：（1）50.10% of the Beijing residents reported that the specialization levels of the social psychological service providers in their communities were generally not very high；（2）56.8% of the Beijing residents reported that it was necessary to construct the social psychological service centers in communities；（3）more than half of the social psychological service providers had psychological or medicine background，and they received professional training.
