Healthy rural construction is an important part of implementing the healthy China strategy. In 2018，Central Document No. 1 put forward the promotion of healthy rural construction，which fully reflected the party and state’s high attention to rural medical and health services. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China，the rapid development of rural medical and health undertakings，the continuous increase of primary medical and health investment，the gradual sinking of medical and health resources to the primary level，and the gradual improvement of rural primary medical and health service capacity. At the same time，we should also see that the allocation of rural medical and health resources is inadequate，the level of medical and health investment is low，the financing channel is single，the ability of medical and health services needs to be strengthened，and the health concept of farmers is relatively backward. To promote the construction of healthy villages，we need to increase the investment in rural medical and health care，strengthen the construction of rural medical and health teams，improve the level of rural medical and health services，and strengthen the health literacy of rural residents.
