在中国经济持续增长、中产阶级日益壮大和旅游业快速发展的背景下,中国主题公园高速发展,有望在2020年超过美国,成为全球第一大主题公园市场。与此同时,中国主题公园的发展也存在缺少具有自主知识产权的产品、文化创新创意水平低、过于依赖房地产开发、服务水平较低、产品链不够长等问题。为此,本报告结合迪士尼主题公园、万达主题公园和长隆主题公园三种不同类型的主题公园进行案例分析,以便进一步阐述中国主题公园发展的现状、未来趋势及推进策略。
<<China’s theme park industry is expected to surpass the American market in 2020 and become the world’s largest theme park market with the sustained growth of China’s economy,the expansion of the middle class and the rapid development of tourism. At the same time,the development of theme parks in China also has some problems,such as lack of independent property rights IP product support,lack of long-term planning,lack of innovation,low-level duplication,over-reliance on real estate,lack of talent and so on. For this reason,the paper makes case studies combining with Disney (Hong Kong and Shanghai)Theme Park,Wanda Theme Park and Guangzhou Changlong Theme Park in order to further elaborate the current situation,future development trend and promotion strategy of China’s theme park development.
