<<China has become the world’s largest outbound tourism consumer. The total amount of tourism market is growing,the structure is optimizing,and the benefits are improving. Under the background of the integration and development of culture and tourism,the mission of the era carried by outbound tourism is more abundant,not only to meet the needs of the people’s better life,but also to show cultural self-confidence to spread Chinese civilization,enhance the soft power of the country. In 2018,the Belt and Road Initiative put forward 5th anniversary. Over the past five years,China has made great contributions to the world’s tourism industry. Among them,the countries along the belt and the road are the fastest growing group of tourism;cultural heritage tourism represented by museums is becoming a hot spot for outbound tourism;tourism safety incidents have direct and realistic impact on the choice of overseas destinations.
