Under the background of the national opening-up strategy and the construction of Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao Bay，Guangzhou Tianhe CBD，as the leading area of export-oriented economic development in Guangzhou and even the Pearl River Delta，has become the headquarters center and high-end service center in South China after more than 30 years of development and construction，and the opening of service industry is in the forefront of China’s CBD. This paper analyzes the practice and exploration of Tianhe CBD service industry，as well as the future development direction and strategic choice.
