作为国际化特征明显、国际影响力较高的城市区域,CBD构建国际人才体系对促进其服务业扩大开放意义重大。在明确界定CBD国际人才体系内涵与特征的基础上,本文分析CBD国际人才体系的发展现状,基于“激励-保健”双因素理论提出CBD国际人才体系的分析框架,在促进服务业扩大开放的背景下,从保健因素和激励因素两个方面提出CBD国际人才体系构建的对策建议。
<<As a city area with obvious international characteristics and high international influence,it is of great significance to build an international talent system of CBD to promote the expansion and opening of service industry. On the basis of clearly defining the connotation and characteristics of CBD international talent system,this paper analyses the status of CBD international talent system. Based on the Motivation-hygiene theory,the framework of CBD international talent system is proposed. Under the background of promoting the opening of service industry,some suggestions about the construction of CBD international talent system are put forward from hygiene factor and motivator factor.
