近年来,物流快递行业发展迅速,不仅业务量和从业人员大规模增长,业态创新也层出不穷,但是从业人员的职业发展和权益保障出现一些问题,引发社会各界的关注。本报告基于“2019年青年快递从业人员工作、生活状况及权益保护调查”,发现在不同从业模式下,快递员的收入和保障呈现不同特点,直营模式快递员呈现中收入、高保障的特点,加盟模式快递员呈现低收入、中保障的特点,平台模式快递员则呈现高收入、低保障的特点,但是快递员的高收入来自高强度加班,而经验和学历在快递行业对收入提升作用有限;社会态度方面,快递员工作满意度中等偏上,有较高的失业风险感知,工作认同感较低、城市融入程度低,稳定广泛的社会关系网有助于其形成积极的生活态度。
<<In recent years,the logistics express industry has developed rapidly. Not only the scale of the business and the number of employees have increased greatly,but the innovation of business has also emerged in many areas. However,there are some problems in the career development and rights protection of employees,which has drawn the attention from all sectors of society. Based on the “Investigation on the Work,Living Conditions and Rights Protection of Young Express Employees in 2019”,this report finds that under different employment modes,the income and job security of express delivery personnel present different characteristics. The direct organization mode presents the characteristics of medium income and high work security,the express franchise mode presents the characteristics of low income and medium security,and the express platform mode presents the characteristics of high income and low work security. However,the high wages come from high-intensity overtime work,while experience and education have a limited effect on income promotion in the express industry. In terms of social attitude,job satisfaction of express employees is on the upper middle level. Meanwhile,they have higher perception of unemployment risk,lower job identity recognition,and lower degree of urban integration. Stable and extensive social network will help them form a positive attitude towards life..
