青年健康是青年发展的关键,也是国家实现“健康中国”战略的重要内容。本报告利用“中国大学生追踪调查”(PSCUS)2018年、2019年以及2020年3月疫情期间的调查数据,对大学生的基本健康状况、健康行为和疫情对大学生健康的影响进行分析,全面呈现当下大学生的健康状况。研究发现,大学生自评健康状况良好,但量表的测量显示大学生身体症状和器官功能健康状况一般,近三成大学生患心理疾患的风险较高;此外,大学生注重体育锻炼,但不吃早餐、吸烟、喝酒、熬夜等行为也危害大学生的身体健康。疫情对大学生身体和心理健康的影响亟待关注,数据显示大学生健康状况整体较好,但仍有部分大学生的睡眠和心理健康受到疫情影响。大学生健康是保障大学生学习和生活的重要基础,高校应充分发挥引导和教育的功能,在大学生中倡导健康生活方式并培养大学生终身锻炼的习惯。
<<Youth health is the key to youth development and an important part of the national strategy of “Healthy China”. This report uses the survey data of “Chinese College Students Tracking Survey (PSCUS)” in 2018,2019 and 2020 to analyze the basic health status,health behavior and the impact of Covid-19 on college students’ health. The study found that the self-rated health status of college students is good,but the measurement of the scale shows that the physical symptoms and organ function of college students are general,nearly 30% of college students have a higher risk of mental illness;in addition,college students pay attention to physical exercise,but do not eat breakfast. Behavior such as smoke,drink,stay-up late and other behaviors also harm the health of college students. The impact of the Covid-19 epidemic on college students’ physical and mental health needs to be paid attention to. The data show that the overall health status of college students is good,but there are still some college students whose sleep and mental health are affected by the outbreak of the Covid-19. College students’ health is an important basis to ensure their study and life. College physical education should give full attention to the function of guidance and education,advocate healthy lifestyle among college students and cultivate the habit of lifelong exercise.
