    2013~2019年新时代中国居民文化服务与旅游消费调研报告

    摘要

    近年来,中国经济实现了快速发展和持续增长,国民消费水平和生活质量也逐步提升,生活方式越来越丰富多彩,以文化和旅游为代表的发展型消费成为国民经济的重要组成部分。公众在文化旅游发展型消费领域的理念、需求和行为都在发生变化。在文化生活领域,随着《公共文化服务保障法》的出台,现代公共文化服务体系建设不断完善,中国居民的文化获得感明显增强,在居民文化生活习惯向高端化、艺术化方向快速升级的同时,文化服务的供需矛盾逐渐也从硬件设施需求向个性化、数字化需求转变。在旅游消费领域,2012年以来,中国旅游业实现了快速且持续的增长,旅游进入大众化时代,但2020年的疫情,给整个旅游行业以及国民的出游计划都带来了前所未有的冲击,复苏尚需时日。

    Abstract

    In recent years,China’s economy has achieved rapid development and sustainable growth,the level of domestic consumption and quality of life are gradually improving,and the lifestyle is becoming more and more colorful. The development-oriented consumption represented by culture and tourism has become one of the important components of the national economy. The concept,demand and behavior of the public in the field of cultural tourism consumption are changing. In the field of cultural life,with the implementation of the Public Cultural Service Promotion Law,the construction of modern public cultural service system is constantly improved,and the sense of cultural activities’ satisfaction of Chinese residents is obviously enhanced. At the same time,the contradiction between supply and demand of cultural services is gradually changing from hardware facilities to personalized and digital needs in the process of upgrading of the general public’s cultural activities. In the field of tourism consumption,since 2012,China’s tourism industry has achieved rapid and sustainable growth,and tourism has entered the era of popularization. However,the Covid-19 outbreak in 2020 has brought unprecedented impact to the whole tourism industry and the travel plan of the people,and it will take time for recovery.
