The reform aimed at the “separation of three rights over contracted land” establishes the “land ownership-land contracting right-land management” structure of agricultural land property right in China. This report analyzes the adjudicative data in cases of disputes over the management of contracted rural land tried by courts in Shanxi Province in recent years，carries out in-depth study of the problems discovered in the trial of these cases and their causes，and explores the key and difficult points in the application of law to the disputes over the transfer land management right against the background of the reform aimed at “separation of three rights” and issues relating to the enforcement of judgments in such cases.
