以2018~2019年度国际文化产品的贸易总量和总金额为考察对象,本报告分析了以图书、期刊和报纸为媒介的传统纸质文化产品以及以音像和电子产品为媒介的电子文化产品在国际文化贸易活动中存在的问题和局限性,如传播内容以浅层传统文化为主,其深度有待加强;文化传播的方式与学习者丰富多样的需求之间存在一定张力等。为了提高中国文化传播影响力,本报告认为,应进一步深化中国文化国际传播的文化内容,改变传播方式,使文化传播的目的地突破以亚洲为主的特征,使之逐步变得多样化。同时,应将中国文化国际传播与当代中国现代化建设进程有效结合起来,以现代化进程助推中国文化国际传播,以中国文化国际传播深化当代中国现代化建设进程。
<<Based on the study of the total volume of international cultural products of 2018-2019,the report analyzes the problems and limitations in the field of traditional paper cultural products represented by books,periodicals and newspaper,and of electronica cultural products represented by video,audio and electronica products. On the bases of this analysis,the report holds that the content of communication is mainly on the surface of the Chinese traditional cultural so its depth needs to be deepened;tension existed between the means of communication and diversified needs of cultural learners. the report makes three proposals in order to enhance communicative influence of Chinese culture. It is necessary to deepen the content of international cultural communication and explore alternative methods,as well as diversify the cultural destination of the cultural communication;we should integrate the international communication of Chinese culture with the modernization of contemporary China by using the modernization process to accelerate international communication of Chinese culture,and using the communication to deepen the modernization of contemporary China.
