From 2018 to 2019，China’s investment in cultural undertakings continued to grow steadily，providing significant support for the construction and development of cultural undertakings. The construction of cultural undertakings in China has achieved remarkable results. The integration of public services of both culture and tourism has been coordinated and promoted. The revitalization of rural culture has been carried out in depth，and the promotion of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics has entered a new phase. But in the process of cultural construction，more attention need to be paid to the people’s cultural needs，to gain a stronger sense of benefit in culture，as well as to cultivate people’s interest in reading，and improve their reading quality and reading level.
