2019年是广州志愿服务快速发展的一年。本文从广州志愿服务与城市发展、志愿服务管理统筹机制、社会参与度、服务领域、志愿服务组织等方面对2019年广州志愿服务发展情况进行了回顾，分析了广州志愿服务面临的法制建设、资源互通、专业提升、创新发展等方面的挑战，探讨了广州志愿服务未来的发展方向。
<<Voluntary service in Guangzhou achieved an accelerated development in 2019. This report reviews the development of voluntary service in Guangzhou in 2019 in terms of voluntary service and urban development，management system of voluntary service，social involvement，service sectors and organization of voluntary service. In the meantime，Challenges on legal construction，resource exchange，specialization and innovation are analyzed. Future directions of voluntary service in Guangzhou is discussed at the end of the report.
