From 2000 to 2018，in the Ningxia’s composition of gross regional product，the secondary industry decreased from 45.20% to 44.54%，and the tertiary industry increased from 37.50% to 47.91%；in that of income approach components of gross regional product，the compensation of employees decreased from 58.98% to 51.38%，the net taxes on production decreased from 18.73% to 12.46%，and the operating surplus increased from 8.05% to 19.66%；in that of gross regional product by expenditure approach，the final consumption rate decreased from 70.28% to 61.34%，and the capital formation rate increased from 63.11% to 115.11%；in that of the income and expenditure by primary distribution，the revenue rate of government finance increased from 7.06% to 11.78%，the household income rate decreased from 50.97% to 43.45%，and the household consumption rate decreased from 42.86% to 32.03%. The regional gaps of the gross regional product，total revenue of government finance，household income and total consumption in per capita value were reduced；but that of the total expenditure of government finance in per capita value was extended. The urban-rural per capita ratio of the household income and total consumption were all reduced. The ranking of the structure optimization of the economic growth：in the provincial lateral evaluation of ideal value without urban-rural and regional gap，Ningxia ranked the 17th；in the provincial vertical evaluation of self-base value in 2000，2005，2010，2015 and 2017，Ningxia ranked the 5th，6th，15th，17th and 21st respectively.
