中国经济增长通用指标检测体系综合演算中，三次产业（生产法）产值构成子系统占权重40%，收入法产值构成子系统占权重30%，支出法产值构成子系统占权重20%，经济生活收支综合子系统占权重10%。四个子系统独立预测评综合加权演算得出经济增长结构优化最终评价排行：江苏、北京、上海、内蒙古、福建为“2018年经济发展指数排名”前5位；西藏、贵州、陕西、内蒙古、宁夏为“2000～2018年经济发展指数提升度”前5位；贵州、陕西、重庆、湖北、安徽为“2005～2018年经济发展指数提升度”前5位；贵州、西藏、重庆、云南、湖北为“2010～2018年经济发展指数提升度”前5位；西藏、贵州、四川、安徽、陕西为“2015～2018年经济发展指数提升度”前5位；西藏、新疆、陕西、甘肃、青海为“2017～2018年经济发展指数提升度”前5位。
<<In the comprehensive measurement of the Measuring System of the General Indexes of the Economic Growth of China，the proportions of the Composition Subsystem of Gross Domestic Product by Thrice Industry （Produce Approach），the Composition Subsystem of Income Approach Components of Gross Domestic Product，the Composition Subsystem of Gross Domestic Product by Expenditure Approach and the Comprehensive Subsystem of the Income and Expenditure by Primary Distribution are 40%，30%，20% and 10% respectively. By the comprehensive weighted measurement of the predicted evaluation of the four independent subsystems，the final rankings of the structure optimization of the economic growth are as follows：Jiangsu，Beijing，Shanghai，Inner Mongolia and Fujian ranked top five in the “2018 annual economy development index leaders”；Tibet，Guizhou，Shaanxi，Inner Mongolia and Ningxia ranked top five in the “2000-2018 economy development index runners-up”；Guizhou，Shaanxi，Chongqing，Hubei and Anhui ranked top five in the “2005-2018 economy development index runners-up”；Guizhou，Tibet，Chongqing，Yunnan and Hubei ranked top five in the “2010-2018 economy development index runners-up”；Tibet，Guizhou，Sichuan，Anhui and Shaanxi ranked top five in the “2015-2018 economy development index runners-up”；Tibet，Xinjiang，Shaanxi，Gansu and Qinghai ranked top five in the “2017-2018 economy development index runners-up”.
