Diversified community governance is the requirement of my country’s economic and social development. In the past three years，the governance of Huitian District has initially formed a party-building-led multi-cooperative governance pattern. The party’s organizational power in the community has been significantly enhanced，public services such as education，culture，and transportation have been fully optimized，and the self-management capabilities of the community have improved significantly. Social organizations are promoting the community. The role of governance is prominent. But there are also areas that need to be improved，such as serving the elderly and participating in the community. Theoretically，it actually revolves around reshaping the “community relationship”，using party building to lead and bonding the “organizational relationship”，the governance unit to optimize the “spatial relationship”，the mechanism to optimize the coupling of the “institutional relationship”，and the improvement of space to reshape the “life” space.
