在京津冀协同发展的背景下，为进一步厘清各区域发展方向和目标，本报告从人口结构调整、产业发展、城镇化建设方面，着重探讨了河北流动人口对北京市人口及城市发展的影响。研究发现，北京市常住外来人口中，河北籍流动人口占比最大，且多是青壮年人口，在平衡北京人口结构、保证劳动供给，保障北京产业及产业结构稳定，承接北京非首都功能的疏解转移上发挥着重要作用。
