This research report mainly uses quantitative research methods to analyze the status quo of Beijing’s population size，structure，quality，and distribution，and summarizes the current four situations of Beijing’s population，and five new challenges and new requirements facing Beijing’s population development. On the basis of the “14th Five-Year Plan”，Beijing’s population development policy recommendations are put forward，hoping to help the government and society to more comprehensively and systematically understand the current situation，trends，and challenges of Beijing’s population，as well as the new requirements imposed on Beijing’s population by the economic and social situation. Understand the relationship between population and economic，social，ecological environment and other systems，dynamically prevent and resolve Beijing population risks，and promote population balance and high-quality economic and social development.
