This indicator system is guided by the digital China white paper，combined with the actual conditions of various cities in Anhui Province，and based on scientific design concepts. The digital economy is divided into three major items and 20 sub-items：digital industrialization，industrial digitization，and information infrastructure. The expert method is used to formulate the percentage weight of each evaluation system index，and the scores of each city are calculated according to the efficiency coefficient method，and then the average，standard deviation，variance，kurtosis，skewness and other information of each index item of 16 cities in Anhui Province are calculated analysis. This report has a certain role in promoting the development of digital economy in Anhui Province，filling in the blank of the digital economy indicator system in the province，and providing decision support for the development of digital economy in Anhui Province.
