本报告论述了中国民营企业“走出去”所面临的机遇与风险。中国的民营企业发展到一定阶段必然有国际化经营需求，在“走出去”过程中，民营企业必须充分评估面临的风险，并做好相应预防措施，才能更加稳健地经营。“走出去”是提升民营企业竞争力的手段，民营企业经营不能为了“走出去”而“走出去”。
<<This report discusses the opportunities and risks for the Chinese NGEs in their internationalization. Internationalization is a necessary requirement for the Chinese NGEs following their development. NGEs must evaluate the possible risks in internationalization and take corresponding measures for more steady operation. NGEs can improve their competitiveness by internationalization but internationalization is not the ultimate goal.
