本文在论述跨国公司本土化发展的基本内容、主要做法以及中国民营企业“走出去”本土化发展的经济理性基础上,实证分析了影响“走出去”民营企业提升国际竞争力的本土化因素,探索了中国民营企业“走出去”本土化发展所面临的问题和挑战,并提出若干具体建议。本文发现,中国“走出去”民营企业实施产品研发本土化、品牌本土化和跨文化管理及公关活动明显有助于提升国际竞争力,人力资本和融资本土化明显地显示出对国际竞争力的消极作用。
<<On the bases of addressing the basic content and main practices of TNCs’ localization,as well as the economic rationality toward localization of Chinese going abroad private enterprises,this paper investigated the localization factors influencing Chinese going abroad private enterprises to promote international competitiveness,and explored the issues and challenges faced by Chinese going abroad private enterprises to localization,and gave some suggestions for Chinese going abroad private enterprises to localization. It concluded that the localization of products R&D,brand and cross-cultural management had significantly contributed to positive effects on promoting international competitiveness,while the localization of human capital and financing significantly had negative effects on international competitiveness.
