北京市专职工会社会工作者队伍成立以来,在维护服务职工群众方面发挥了重要作用。在首都推进基层治理体制改革的新形势下,工会社工队伍面临被优化整合的风险,同时还存在自身专业素质不高、职业发展空间不足、管理制度不完善等问题。本报告研究了面对新形势新任务,各级工会的改革创新,要通过购买专业社工机构服务、发展工会积极分子和服务职工志愿者等形式,广泛动员社会力量参与职工服务。
<<Since the establishment full-time trade union social workers team in Beijing,it has played an important role in advocating for and serving the masses of employees. Under the new circumstance of promoting the reform of governance system at the grass-roots in the capital,the Trade Union social workers face the risk of being laid off in the process of employment optimization and integration. At the same time,there are problems such as the low professional qualification,the lack of space for vocational development and the imperfect system of management. In the face of the new situation and new tasks,This report studies the reform and innovation of trade unions at all levels in the face of new situations and new tasks. It is necessary to widely mobilize social forces to participate in employee services through the purchase of professional social work agency services, the development of trade union activists, and employee volunteers.
