本章运用“2008年中国民营企业‘走出去’与竞争力数据库”,实证分析了目前我国民营企业“走出去”战略的现状与特点,研究了民营企业出口战略的决定因素。统计分析表明,现阶段我国民营企业的“走出去”战略以对外出口为主,对外投资尚处于成长阶段。通过对民营企业出口战略的影响因素进行考察,我们发现,民营企业的经营权与所有权相统一的治理模式有利于提高对外出口概率,竞争性的市场结构对民营企业的出口战略有消极影响,而当民营企业的产品在国际上注册、民营企业曾有过海外投资经历时将提高产品出口的可能性。
<<Based on the data collected by the NGEs Research Center of CASS,this paper investigates empirically the international strategy of Non-governmental enterprises(NGEs). Statistical analysis shows that export is the main way of NGEs’s international strategy and foreign investment is in the preparatory stage. We also investigate the determinants of export of NGEs and find that the integration between ownership and control has a statistically positive effect on the probability of export and that competitive market has a negative effect on the export.
