Due to the short opening time，Erlitou Site Museum of the Xia Capital is still in initial stage and there is still plenty room for improvement，such as to improve supporting facilities and interactive experience，to expand cultural communication abilities，and to further explore cultural consumption needs. This article proposes the following solutions：to dig deeper into the connotation of the museum’s collection and tell well the story of Erlitou；to enhance the visitor experience and improve the quality of service；to make full use of high-tech means and promote the construction of smart museums；to select and allocate strong talent teams and build professional cultural teams；to build new cultural inheritance landmarks；to carry out public-interest cultural programs；to develop high-quality cultural and creative products and build cultural and creative brand.
