The National-level Luoyang Economic and Technological Development Zone（Yibin）is rich in cultural resources and unique mountains and water resources. It also has outstanding location advantages. The “creating demonstration zone for national public cultural service system activity” launched in 2012 had laid the foundation for cultural tourism in Yibin Economic and Technological Development Zone. This article first analyzes the basic situation of the cultural and tourism resources of Yibin Economic and Technological Development Zone；then it conducts a comprehensive study on the cultural and tourism integration of Yibin Economic and Technological Development Zone；finally，it points out the main problems existed in the integration process，and provides solutions and suggestions on how to further enhance the integration of cultural and tourism in the Yibin Economic and Technological Development Zone.
