Luolong District has rich cultural resources and numerous cultural heritages. In recent years，Luolong District has attached great importance to the development of cultural undertakings，incorporated cultural work into the district’s overall national economic and social development plan，and regarded the cultural industry as an important growth point for Luolong District’s economic transformation and development. Cultural industry has been included in the district’s “323” key industrial layout development list during the “13th Five-Year Plan”. Based on this，the district has launched various cultural activities to benefit the people. The cultural market has been developed in a healthy and orderly manner. The cultural heritage has been effectively inherited and protected. The network of public cultural facilities has been gradually improved and the construction of advanced cultural district has been orderly carried out. However，there are still some problems in cultural development. We need to further strengthen our ability to fully explore the advantages of cultural resources and improve the quality of cultural services. By establishing a complete cultural development system，we will promote the cultural development of Luolong District to a new level.
