Xigong District has convenient transportation and rich cultural resources. In recent years，the integration of culture and tourism has been greatly developed，comprehensive ability has been steadily strengthened，project construction has accelerated and the public cultural service system has been improved in Xigong District. However，there are still shortcomings in the integration and development of culture and tourism，such as insufficient integration and lack of accurate recommendation. The issues of small scale and structural problems of cultural industry are still prominent；the momentum for transformation and the cross-border integration are inadequate；the institutional setting is not complete and the process of team building is slow. This article proposes to focus on strengthening various guarantees for the development of cultural tourism，to improve investment service levels，to integrate regional advantages of resource，to continue strengthening project construction，to utilize tourism elements and stimulate the vitality of cultural tourism consumption. This article also puts forward solutions and suggestions to promote the development of cultural tourism in Xigong District.
