本文基于对广州市内20~25岁高校高年级学生及社会职场新人的调查分析,从职业生涯定向、就业准备以及职业生涯动机三个维度分析了广州青年职业生涯发展总体特征。并从“双因素”即阻碍和支持因素的视角分析了广州青年职业生涯发展现状及问题,进而提出具体的建议措施:优化管理,加强就业培训体系建设;细化政策,强化青年就业服务的针对性;提供保障,降低青年职业发展潜在风险;提前规划,将终生学习贯穿青年职业生涯设计。
<<Based on the investigation and analysis of 20-25 year old senior college students and new social workers in Guangzhou,this paper analyzes the overall characteristics of the career development of young people in Guangzhou from three dimensions:career orientation,employment preparation and career motivation. From the perspective of “two factors”,namely obstacles and support factors,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the career development of young people in Guangzhou,and then puts forward specific Suggestions and measures:optimizing management,strengthening the construction of employment training system. To refine policies and strengthen the pertinence of youth employment services. To provide security and reduce the potential risks of youth career development. Planning ahead will be lifelong learning throughout the youth career design.
