本报告基于1591名广州在职青年的问卷调查数据,从广州在职青年就业状况与工作满意度、青年权益保障情况等方面进行调研。研究发现当前广州青年职业还是以传统职业为主,但新兴行业群体规模有所扩大;有将近一半的在职青年面临较大压力;从整体上看,青年的工作满意度相对较高,相比2018年也有提高。总体而言,广州在职青年的就业权益保障体系有所推进,工作福利制度日渐成熟,但仍需关注一些市场竞争力较弱的群体,比如受教育程度低的在职青年。
<<Based on the questionnaire survey data of 1591 working youth in Guangzhou,this report conducts a survey from the aspects such as the occupational status,job satisfaction and the protection of youth rights and interests. The study found that the current youth occupations in Guangzhou are still dominated by traditional occupations,but the scale of the emerging industry group has increased. Nearly half of the working youth are under great pressure. Overall,the job satisfaction of young people is relatively high,with an increase compared to 2018. In general,the employment protection system of youth rights and interests has been promoted,and the work welfare system has become more mature. However,attention should still be paid to some groups with weak market competitiveness,such as the working youth with low education level.
