2020年春节期间暴发的新冠肺炎疫情是中小学生生命历程中的重大事件,给他们的正常学习生活带来了巨大冲击。真实了解疫情期间学生们面临的学习生活困难,全面洞悉突发公共危机事件下暴露的突出社会问题,是亟待探究的课题。本报告使用西安交通大学新型城镇化与可持续发展课题组于2020年2月通过网络调研开展的“疫情期间中小学生学习生活状况”的调研数据,对疫情期间学生家庭生活状况、居家学习状况、疫情感知与心理健康状况进行系统分析。根据分析结果,本报告建议加强农村贫困家庭的经济与教育扶持,加强构建学校与家庭联动机制,改善线上教学体系,以消弭疫情的负面冲击,促进中小学生健康成长。
<<COVID-19 that broke out during the Spring Festival in 2020 is a major event for the life course of primary and middle school students,which has brought a huge impact on their daily life. Understanding the difficulties in their studies and lives during the pandemic and having a sightful invision on the social problems exposed to public crisis are an important subject to be explored. The report uses the survey data of the “Learning and Living Conditions of Primary and Middle School Students during the Pandemic” conducted by the New Urbanization and Sustainable Development Research Group of Xi’an Jiaotong University in February 2020,analyzing in a systematic way of students’family living conditions,home-based learning status,perception on the pandemic,and mental health. To eliminate the negative impact of the pandemic and promote the healthy growth of primary and middle school students,the report recommends to provide the economic and education support for impoverished rural families,strengthen the network system connecting communities,schools,and families,and improve the online education system.
