2010 is the second year for the implementation of China's New Health Care Reform. A series of medical reform policies, including Guidance for experimental units of Public Hospital Reform , were introduced by our government to solve the difficulty in accessibility and costliness in affordability of medical service, which has caused great concern in public opinion. With the gradual implementation of New Health Care Reform Program, the major problem of poor access and high fee in health system has been solved in some way, but it is still the focus of the public in 2010. In the meantime, hot events in the medical area, such as Vaccine Event in Shanxi, the anus stitching event of a pregnant woman, Zhang Wuben Event, Kickbacks Scandal in medical industry and Eye-drops' event in Shanghai, also caught the nerves of the people this year. <<
