自2010年以来,我国卫生人才数量不断增加,结构持续优化,素质能力明显提升,人才政策和人事管理制度机制持续改革创新,国家和地区层面均取得有效进展和成效。近年来,在“强基层”系列人才政策和措施的合力推动下,基层卫生人才队伍建设得到加强,人才政策不断完善和创新,城乡卫生人才配备差距逐年拉大趋势开始出现“拐点”。
<<Since 2010,the healthcare talent pool in China keeps witnessing increase in number,optimized structure and significant improvement of quality and capability. China has made some achievements in the reform and innovation of talent policies and personnel management system and mechanism both at national and regional level. One of the basic principles of medical reforms is to “strengthen the grassroots”. In recent years,china has invested more into the construction of grassroots Levelhealth care professionals by improving and innovating talent policies so that the “turning point” has emerged as to the widening gap between the number of staffed urban and rural health care professionals year by year,since it implemented series of talent policies and measures to “strengthen the grassroots”.
