Recent years，under the pressure of economic development，stable development，reasonable structure，solid foundation and people’s well-being are regarded as the most important tasks in Ji’an City，and it presents a development trend of progress in stability and improvement in stability on the whole. In 2017，the comprehensive economic competitiveness still ranked eighth among the 20 county-level cities in Jilin Province. With the comprehensive efficiency competitiveness ranks the seventh，and the comprehensive incremental competitiveness ranks the ninth. At the same time，the sustainable competitiveness ranks the third in the current index system. Inside it，the competitiveness of cultural is so excellent that it is at the top of the list in Jilin Province；the competitiveness of ecological and knowledge cities show obvious advantages；the competitiveness of information cities falls far behind；the competitiveness of integration and harmony cities still need to be improved. In the future，we should make full use of the advantages of the city，improve the quality of development，accelerate industrial transformation and promotion，facilitate green development and integrative development，and settle livelihood issues.
