In 2019，Shandong Province actively built an efficient government around high-quality development，with outstanding achievements in government service reform. Remarkable achievements have been made in the comprehensive reform of business environment，and the number of investment projects is increasing gradually. Around the “Internet +” to create an integrated government service platform，the supply capacity of government services continues to improve. Actively respond to major social concerns through multiple channels，and significantly improve the response capacity of government service demands. Taking Shandong public data open network as the platform to make government affairs open，the total amount of data open ranks the top in China. However，there are still some problems，such as the business environment is not optimized，the gap between the Internet service ability of the government and the advanced provinces is large，the transformation of the government functions is not in place，and the working motivation of the grassroots government personnel is insufficient. In 2020，we should continue to optimize the business environment through deepening the reform of “discharge service” and the reform of the administrative examination and approval system，deepen the thinking of “Internet +”，enhance the government’s ability to supply Internet services and respond to demands，strengthen the concept of government service，and effectively build a service-oriented government；strengthen the training of grass-roots government officials，and improve the incentive mechanism for government personnel.
