At present，China’s pension model has exhibited a development trend from single to diversified. With the increasingly sound pension system and the continuous expansion of the pension market demand，sojourn pension will also become the focus of the future pension industry development. This paper mainly focuses on the population characteristics，long-distance travel，and comprehensive characteristics of demand to classify the travel and pension development mode into four modes：migratory bird travel and pension，culture and art travel and pension，recuperation travel and pension，and sports travel and pension. The study indicated that living pension in our country is currently facing some problems；for example，infrastructure health conditions are not perfect，the elderly demand and market development does not match，and public service platform is not enough. Therefore，they should focus on the improvement of the old-age security system and the standardization of living standards while speeding up the training of sojourners and the promotion of sojourn，contributing to further improving the basic facilities construction，promoting the benign development of the industry，and enhancing the level of integrated services.
