Kangyang agriculture is an emerging industry based on agricultural production，aiming at meeting the needs of the public for safe food and healthy life，and giving full play to the economic，ecological，social and cultural functions of agriculture. The development of Kangyang agriculture need to adhere to the concept that “mountain，water，forest，farm，lake，and grass” are a community of life and the ecology is the most important thing，as well as the collaborative development view that “biology，ecology，production，living，and life” are integrated. Then ecological construction and environmental protection，tourism leisure，experience，education，and cultural inheritance are conducted，the industrial chain is extended，the value chain is improved，and the first，second and third industries have an integrative development. As an important part of the Kangyang industry，Kangyang agriculture plays an important role in implementing the strategy of building a healthy China，building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and rejuvenating the countryside. Based on sorting out the concept of Kangyang industry，the characteristics and significance of Kangyang agricultural base were summarized，and at the same time，combining with practice，the development and construction of China’s Kangyang agricultural base were analyzed，and then it was proposed that，on the basis of the construction of characteristic agricultural advantage area，the construction of Kangyang agricultural base should be quickened and the development of Kangyang agriculture should be promoted from the perspective of making overall planning，perfecting facilities，speeding up the cultivation of talents，efficiently and intensively using land，and attracting multiple inputs.
