Based on the development of Guangzhou’s real economy and financial system in 2019，this paper analyzes the traditional manufacturing industry，high-tech industry and service industry，equity financing system，debt financing system and financing service system in Guangzhou，which are expanding in scales but unreasonable in structures. Among them，automobile manufacturing industry，electronic and communication equipment manufacturing industry and private service industry have great advantages in Guangzhou’s real economy. However，the supportive financial system for the real economy has some problems，such as unbalanced regional development，lack of capital supply，innovation and competitiveness，etc. Thus，this paper puts forward some countermeasures on multi-level financial support system and fintech industry，in order to improve the supportive financing system of Guangzhou’s real economy and promote the technological innovation and the upgrading of entity enterprises.
