In recent years，autonomous driving has attracted much attention，and its regarded as an important deployment to build intelligent transport and improve the service level of urban transport. As the driving force of automobile industry reform，autonomous driving technology is not only the focus of many traditional automobile enterprises at home and abroad，but also one of the focuses of the Internet giants. This paper summarizes the application and development status of autonomous driving technology in intelligent transport. The application scenarios mainly include unmanned ferry vehicle，unmanned distribution vehicle，unmanned bus，car sharing，unmanned sanitation vehicle，unmanned retail vehicle，expressway，port，park and other restricted scenarios. By analyzing the status of the pilot operation of autonomous vehicle in a low speed specific scenario，it will provide a reference for the large-scale commercial application of autonomous driving vehicles.
