Based on “the public appraisal for Guangzhou social and economic situations in 2009”，this report reflects residents’ social feeling characteristics from the changes of livelihood’s focuses by the residents’ appraisal for economic，social，urban and politic development.

The report shows that the residents are satisfied with the general social and economic situations and the politic development. The livelihood has been remarkably improved. However，for some indexes of urban development compared with last years，the residents have more negative feelings，especially for municipal construction，environmental protection and the downtown road situation，which are the most dissatisfied by the residents.
