2019 is the 70th anniversary of the founding of new China and the 40th anniversary of the founding of Shenzhen. Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee，Shenzhen further focuses on people’ livelihood security and social governance，and adheres to problem-oriented and source based governance，and promotes the reform of social governance system in an orderly manner.
