This article takes the village cleanup actions in Jiangyang District，Luzhou City，Sichuan Province as an example. The exploration of village cleanup actions in Jiangyang District has formed a summary of typical practices and models that can be used for reference. The construction of a regional Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle will speed up the integration of urban and rural areas，realize the modernization of agriculture and rural areas，and lay a good foundation for establishing a leading area for the improvement of rural human settlements in the Chengdu-Chongqing double-city economic circle.
