This chapter estimate the market share，regional specialization index and total factor productivity of industrial manufacturing and major service industries in 2015-2019，including the Guangdong，Hong Kong and Macao greater Bay Area（GBA）and its cities. The research shows that，the domestic market share of the industrial manufacturing of GBA is increasing year by year，and its regional specialization index is higher than the national average level. The market share of the modern service industry and the level of regional specialization index，which is dominated by finance，both have been increasing year by year. The total factor productivity of GBA shows obvious characteristics of period by the economic fluctuation of some cities. With the continuous optimization of the business environment in GBA，the division of labor and cooperation among competitive industries in various cities are clear. The economic linkage among GBA cities are positively increasing，so that GBA will certainly become an important growth pole of the national economy in the period of the 14th Five-Year Plan.
