旅游业已经成为国民经济发展的新兴战略性产业。全域旅游战略实施,助推国内旅游业加快发展,对经济增长贡献显著提高。“十三五”期间,我国国内旅游市场持续高速增长,入境旅游平稳发展。居民国内旅游在国内市场占主导,总人次、总花费均有大幅增长;入境游客稳步增加,但入境游外汇收入占旅游总收入的比重持续下降。中国城镇居民是国内居民旅游市场的主体,城镇居民旅游人次和花费总数均占据总数的绝大部分份额;农村居民游客增长态势良好。中国入境游客主要来自亚洲、欧洲和北美洲,各洲占比相对稳定,亚洲入境游客占比最大。中国入境旅游人次在国际排名处于前列,但是旅游创汇能力不强。中国以丰富的自然和文化资源及极强的价格优势获得很强的旅游国际竞争力,在全球排名第13。但是中国在基础设施、国际开放、政策环境等领域还有很大的提升空间。“十四五”期间,中国旅游业将持续增长,中国旅游国际竞争力仍将稳步提升。
<<Tourism industry has become a new strategic industry in the development of national economy. The implementation of comprehensive tourism strategy helped accelerate the development of domestic tourism and significantly increased its contribution to economic growth. During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,China’s domestic tourism market continues to grow at a high speed and inbound tourism develops steadily. Domestic residents travel dominates the domestic market,the total number of person-time and total spending have increased significantly;Inbound tourists have been increasing steadily,but the proportion of inbound foreign exchange income in total tourism income has been declining. Chinese urban residents are the main part of the domestic tourist market,and their tourist trips and spending account for the majority of the total,while the growth trend of rural tourists is good. Chinese inbound tourists mainly come from Asia,Europe and North America,with a relatively stable proportion from each continent and the largest proportion from Asia. China’s inbound tourists rank high in the international rankings,but the ability of tourism to earn foreign exchange is not strong. With rich natural and cultural resources and strong price advantages,China has gained strong international tourism competitiveness,ranking 13th in the world. But there is still much room for improvement in infrastructure,international opening-up and policy environment. In the long run,China’s tourism industry will keep growth,and China’s international tourism competitiveness will improve steadily.
