In the five years since the establishment of Fujian pilot Free Trade Zone，the innovative measures and test tasks to help the development of enterprises have been effectively implemented，the development environment of enterprises has been continuously improved，the number of enterprises settled in the zone has increased substantially，the policy dividend of the Pilot Free Trade Zone has been released continuously，and the development effect of enterprises is obvious. However，in the face of the current changing international market and the domestic reform entering the critical stage，the enterprises in Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone have obtained a new round of reform and opening-up dividends and opportunities，while their external environment and internal conditions for development also face many practical and potential difficulties and challenges. In further promoting the construction，Fujian Pilot Free Trade Zone should continue to adhere to the guidance of enterprise demand and continue to strengthen system innovation，closely follow the development law of socialist market economy，combine the current situation at home and abroad and the actual situation of Fujian Province，focus on the whole life cycle of enterprise development，and strive to create an external environment conducive to enterprise growth and a guiding mechanism to promote healthy internal transformation of enterprises，so as to continuously stimulate the vitality，power and potential of enterprise innovation and development.
